Can I submit more than one document?
Currently only one document per request is supported. Upload the most authoritative one — your college ID is usually the best choice.
What if my request is rejected?
You'll receive a reason via email. Fix the issue (e.g. upload a clearer document) and resubmit a new request.
How do I know when my credential is ready?
You'll get an email notification. You can also check status anytime from the Check Status page.
Is my document stored securely?
Documents are stored encrypted and are only accessible to authorised institutional admins for the sole purpose of verification.
